Player Jobs

Need a hand with a massive build? Looking for someone to gather rare resources? Player Jobs allow you to hire other members of the Miralis Network using Miralis Coins (mR). It is a decentralized marketplace for services, powered by Ignition.

How it Works

The Player Job system uses an Escrow mechanic to ensure fairness. When you post a job, the coins are immediately deducted from your wallet and held by the bot until the job is completed or cancelled.

  1. Post a Job: Define the reward, the server, and a clear description of the task.
  2. Claiming: Other players can browse the list and claim a job they want to perform.
  3. Execution: The claimant performs the task as described.
  4. Completion: Once the task is done, the sponsor (you) or a Community Admin marks the job as complete, and the coins are released to the claimant.

Commands

Command Description Example
!bounty add <mR> <server> "desc" Post a new job with a coin reward. !bounty add 100 survival1 "Build a wall"
!bounty list [server] View all open jobs on a specific server. !bounty list survival1
!bounty claim <ID> Claim an open job for yourself. !bounty claim 42
!bounty unclaim <ID> Release a job you previously claimed. !bounty unclaim 42
!bounty complete <ID> Mark a job as done and pay the claimant. !bounty complete 42
!bounty cancel <ID> Cancel your job and get a full refund. !bounty cancel 42

Best Practices for Sponsors

  • Be Specific: Instead of "Help me build," try "Help me clear a 50x50 area of forest."
  • Fair Pay: Check the !rank bal to see the current economy and set competitive rewards.
  • Communicate: Use the server's chat or DMs to coordinate with your claimant.

Best Practices for Claimants

  • Don't Over-Claim: Only claim jobs you intend to finish promptly.
  • Proof of Work: It is often helpful to take a screenshot of your completed work in case of disputes.
  • Unclaim if Busy: If you can't finish a job, unclaim it so someone else can take over.
